Front Desk Staff are responsible for welcoming customers, allocating lanes and processing bookings, answering telephone calls and responding to emails whilst maintaining a clean and tidy bowling area
What we are looking for
* Customer Check-Ins & Bookings
- Check in customers, assign lanes and explain scoring systems where required.
- Manage bookings for lanes, parties.
- Provide accurate information and great customer service
* Communication
- Respond to telephone, email, website and social media enquiries for bookings and parties.
- Provide accurate information and great customer service.
* Payments
- Handle cash, card and online payments accurately.
- Follow all cash handling procedures
* Customer Support
- Assist customers with minor lane or scoring issues.
- Refer any technical faults to the mechanic when necessary.
* Teamwork & Maintenance
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure excellent service.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming bowling center.
* Compliance
- Follow all procedures relating to cash handling, licensing, GDPR, food hygiene and health and safety.
* Events & Leagues
- Support league nights, tournaments, corporate bookings and event nights.
